Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Eligible items

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.

Hygiene-sensitive products

For hygiene reasons, adhesive bras, nipple covers, body tape, fashion tape and similar intimate accessories are non-returnable once opened or used, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or defective items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping terms will be confirmed during support communication.
