1. About us and these Terms
This website, https://fermor.co.in, is operated by Fermor & Co, a proprietorship of Kushal Bansal ("FERMOR", "we", "us"), S-41, Gali No. 18, Ground Floor, Param Puri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059. GSTIN 07CIAPB8954N1ZV. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Who can order
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order.
3. Products and information
• We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• Please choose your size using the size chart on each product page.
• FERMOR products are not medical products. Our website does not give medical advice.
• Adhesive products (such as adhesive bras, nipple covers and body tapes): do a patch test first and stop using the product if you feel irritation.
• The country of origin is shown on every product page.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. If a product is listed at a wrong price or with wrong information by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm and dispatch it. We may cancel an order for stock issues, wrong prices, incomplete details or suspected fraud, and we will refund the full amount paid.
6. Payments
We offer Prepaid and Partial COD only. Full Cash on Delivery is not available. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partners; we do not store your card or UPI details. For Partial COD, you pay 25% online and the balance on delivery. The online part is not refunded if you refuse the parcel, are unreachable or cancel after dispatch, except for wrong, damaged or defective items. Details are in the Shipping Policy (section 7).
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery is free across India. Dispatch and delivery times are in the Shipping Policy.
8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
We accept returns only for wrong, damaged or defective items reported within 3 days of delivery. Cancellation, refunds and the hygiene rules are in the Return Policy.
9. Your account
Give correct details and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
10. Intellectual property
The FERMOR name, logo, F monogram, images, text and designs belong to Fermor & Co. You may not copy, use or sell them without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website: no unlawful use, no attempts to break its security, no scraping, and no false information or fake orders.
12. Third-party links and services
The website may link to or use services of others (payment, courier, analytics). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, FERMOR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or the products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under law, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

16. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the website after a change means you accept it.
